Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board monitors the business activities of the Company and it consists of President, Vice president and five members appointed and dissolved individually by the Assembly of the Company.

Since the mandate for the old composition of the Supervisory Board expired the SB has on its 49th meeting held on August 18th 2008 made a decision on calling up of the 16th Assembly of the joint stock company BH Telecom Sarajevo.

 
The meeting of the Assembly was held on December 2nd 2008 at 10,00 hrs in the premises of the General Directorate of BH Telecom JSC Sarajevo, Obala Kulina Bana Street 8, Main Hall on the 3rd floor with following agenda: Passing the Decision on appointment of the president and members of the Supervisory board, Passing of the Decision on the amount of reimbursement for the SB and Appointment of the Audit Committee members. 

According to the number of votes new composition of the Supervisory Board is as follows:

• Mirsad Huseinbašić, Grad.Lawyer, member
