The JSC BH Telecom Sarajevo acts on the entire region of B&H. Given the development of the telecommunications in the country still being in certain segments below the global and regional indicators and objective potential of the BH market, the responsibility of the fulfillment of the functions of the activity of the public company in the aim of the increase of the active participation of the Company on the market is therefore even more significant.

Main goal and tas of the JSC BH Telecom is the providing of TK services on the entire territory of B&H in accordance with domestic and international regulations and standards applicable to this activity.

All parts and organizational units of BH Telecom JSC provide for their clients the best within their capacities through:

• infrastructure of access and transmission networks for safe narrowband and broadband services for voice, data and video transmission;
• reliable IT-TK infrastructure for authentic calculation of provided services;
• service platforms for value added services and third parties' services (Internet, messages, e-commerce, LBS services, IPTV and other);
• business management due indicators of all relevant parameters on users, sales and services;

Results are measured through all indicators or realization of business plans in order to fulfill the expectations of the owners and employees of the company and wider society in whole.
